1、 Cannot enter the game
Try switching your network connection
Confirm your current network connection (Data or WiFi)
1) Using your primary network connection, please click on the following link.
2) Copy pw.ztgame.com.cn and paste it in the blank space at the top
3) Copy the result URL and share to us via Facebook (@PascalsWagerGame)
4) Switch to a different network connection.
5) Please try again with the other Network. If you still can’t enter the game, please test the Network Connection in steps 1 and 3.
2、 Cannot Update or Download the Additional Data
Try switching your network connection
Confirm your current network connection (Data or WiFi)
1) Using your primary network connection, please click on the following link.
2) Copy pw.ztgame.com.cn and paste it in the blank space at the top
3) Try to access http://cdn.tips-works.com
4) Take a screenshot of both results and send them to us via Facebook (@PascalsWagerGame)
5) Switch to a different network connection.
6) Please try again with the other Network. If you still can’t enter the game, please test the Network Connection in steps 1 through 4.
When sending us the screenshots, please include your Country and the Time when you encountered the issues.
If you have a VPN on your mobile device, please try using it when entering or attempting to download the update data.
